The BUKookoff is an interactive cooking challenge featuring BUKU-inspired dishes created by you, the fans. The BUKookoff will take place from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturday, March 22nd in the Grand Oaks Mansion and will be open to Too Buku VIP patrons, artists, “Buku Buddy” guests and media.
For a chance to cook your dish at the festival, post the name of your BUKU-inspired dish and detailed recipe on Twitter, or Instagram with the hashtag #BUKookoff by 6pm CST on Friday, March 7th. If you’d rather keep it a secret, you can send your entry to email@example.com. To be eligible to participate at the festival, you must be 18+ with a BUKU weekend or Saturday-only pass – it doesn’t have to be VIP or Too Buku VIP; GA is fine.
The four (4) most creative and yummy dishes that best represent BUKU will be selected to compete against each other in the BUKookoff, they will advance their cooking needs (e.g., ingredients, equipment) with BUKU prior to the festival, and will cook their dishes in 60 minutes (from 3-4pm) on a butane stove in the Grand Oaks Mansion at the festival. The winner will receive their choice of either two (2) VIP upgrades for the rest of the day or two (2) GA weekend passes for next year’s BUKU. Voters will consist of Too Buku VIP ticket holders, artists, “Buku Buddy” guests and media.Rules for Eligible Dishes:
